Dad & I started our recent Baby Tour...we left Olivia in CA, in the capable hands of G'ma Horner to come & visit the Bassetts in CT - taking over where Gramma Judy left off. It is so fun to hold a newborn...we got to go with Keira on her first outing, a picnic in the park. Valley Falls Park has a beautiful little lake with a little side stream where we sat & ate lunch & enjoyed the shade...a beautiful setting with a beautiful little family.
We will get to play with Keira the rest of the week, then we are off to visit the McGraths & their new little one in FL. Lucie Lou McGrath joined the family June 5th. She was 8#1oz & 19 1/2 inches. The family is doing well...Cori especially likes her "precious pink baby sister." We are grateful to Grammy (aka Jared's mom) & the rest of the McGrath Clan for pitching in to help out (all our kids married well with terrific family around for support). It's hard to be in 3 places at one time...we had 3 new g'daughters in one week! Tag-team grand parenting is the only way to go!

Why does Leah look so cute? That's not fair! Mom your hair looks great in that picture. Glad to see the Bassetts are doing well. Can't wait to see you Sat.
I second Cindi's comments on Leah and your hair and I wish we were seeing you Saturday but congrats again on all the precious new little ones. What a blessing to have them here safe and sound and amazing to think you have only 1 of the 6 left!
