My camera skills are rusty, I just missed Avery's big boot - she plays great defense & her team can always count on her skills to keep the other team from scoring - perhaps why she was invited to be on the "all star" team.
Next game was across town where we caught a glimpse of Cade's enthusiasm for the game.
He's an excellent goalie...
Half way back to the house we were able to catch Ethan's game...
Ethan is a great ball handler - Rochelle says he gets lots of practice during recess at school.
Next we found Trevor at his game, exhausted from hustling.
He plays a very physical game & frustrates his opponents with his long reach...
We empathized with Rochelle, having three games at three different fields...we remember it like it was yesterday. Here are our little soccer stars from Saturdays gone by...one year we had seven players on 5 different teams! Rochelle, Ben & Jill ended up playing high school soccer & Ty played Select (until he discovered basketball).
Awe...those were the days!

Oh, my goodness, does that ever bring back memories.
Those pictures are great! I can't wait to show Avery. She will get such a kick out of them. Glad my mom isn't as organized as you so all my emberassing photos are safely out of mind.

How did you even get close to going to half of them??? Good luck Rochelle and Amy (and whoever else.) I loathe any sport that has to be played on saturdays. And much to my dismay, Taylor just signed up for an AAU Vball league with Saturday tourneys. We will see how it goes.
