Last Day of our Reunion

We took a couple of boats up to Chili Bar to run the upper section of the River.  It's a shorter run & ends up in our back yard, right below Trouble Maker.

Ty took a  boat down...

And Brent took a boat...

The kids enjoyed some unstructured play time & the adults some much needed down time, enjoying those last few minutes together before everyone started heading their separate ways.  They played with Uncle Ty's old Legos, games, the toys out front...

After lunch, G'pa took some of the kids floating in the River Rat tubes...

There were some impromptu soccer games & badminton...

And tumbling on the grass is always a favorite...it usually turns into a handstand contest!  One of these days someone is gonna beat this old lady...Uncle Ty came pretty close!

Late night games are always fun & silly...

Aunt Terri showed Adia how her shellac nails works...

The next morning, more people got ready to head out.  This was a common scene as the kids stood in the windows checking out the deer on the lawn...

We said goodbye to these two coeds who were heading out for a new adventure!  Ty had just graduated from BYU-I & accepted a marketing/PR position with the Idaho Stampede (an NBA feeder team for the Oregon Trail Blazers).  They are Boise-bound, beginning a new chapter of their lives that no longer involves college.  Good luck on this new journey of Real Life!

We truly did our best to make EVERY SECOND COUNT this year!  We are so grateful for everyone sacrificing & making an effort to come together for a little family bonding & memory making...
