Family Fun in Utah

We took advantage of Conference Weekend (a rare weekend that Paul doesn't have meetings & Bishop duties) to visit our Utah families.  Terri had everyone over for dinner & Liv made treats with Jude's help...

After dinner Terri arranged some elaborate Easter egg fun.  We used to do this with our kids growing up.  Terri went all out with sequins, glitter, feathers, googly eyes, & all sorts of other crafts.  It may seem a bit overwhelming, but with a few extra adult hands, the kids had a great time creating their master pieces!

A close up of my mermegg...

While everyone was at school or taking naps, Terri took me to Tai Pan - I love this place!

We lucked out & found the Waffle Truck in the parking lot...yummmmm, delicious goodness!

The new aquarium opened up & we decided to check it out...not all of the exhibits were open, but its going to be a great place when everything is done!

This tunnel was pretty cool - you could see the sharks swimming all around & over head...

This rope bridge was quite popular as well...

However, this 4D interactive movie was a new experience...it got us pretty wet!  It was very loud & wild!

These girls are so cute!

Kelly came by to visit us - everyone should have a good friend like Ferg...we love her so much!

The kids played & giggled & played...

Keira loves to read...

Leah making dinner - those rolls were yummy!

Terri tried out one of the recipes from this book that I got everyone for Easter.  Glory is our daughter-in-law Amy's friend who is a cookie guru & has one of the most popular dessert blogs out there...

Jude wanted to lick the beaters...

These were delicious!

Games with the young couples...

Our last night we all went out to dinner.  These girls are always smiling & giggling when they are together!

The boys were pretty happy & smiley as well...

We love the opportunities we get to visit family near & far.  The older I get, the faster time flies & the babies are becoming people way too quickly!  We hate the distance, but we love these girls & their families!

Everything you do seems to involve food. How do you stay so skinny?
