The Merry Month of May

A Cousin's Wedding
My Cousin Kim's beautiful daughter Brandi was married in the Sacramento Temple May 3rd...

Me & Kim
 Mr. & Mrs. Green...

The Jonutz family...

Congrats Andrew & Brandi!

Tyler Ray
On my last visit with Mom, I got to see my niece Amber & her son Tyler who are visiting from Tennessee...I love it when little ones let me hug & kiss them!  T-Ray is full of personality!

And he REALLY LOVES GG'ma's Scooter!

Father/Son's Campout
We ended up hosting our ward's Father/Son Campout this year.  They were having a difficult time finding a campsite so Paul volunteered our house...there were tents in the back yard & tents in the front yard...& everyone seemed to have a great time!  I didn't think about taking pictures until people were winding things up, but here are a few...

They shot BB Guns, rode their bikes, climbed on the climbing wall, played hide & seek, & ate really well!

Peacock?
Yes, a peacock walked across our patio in the back yard one evening after dinner.  We have never seen a peacock out here before & weren't sure if it was wild or someone's pet?  It literally walked across our patio & around the side of the house & stared me down as it continued to walk to the front yard!  Didn't seem to be worried about me taking his picture...

Memorial Day
Back in the day, we used to go camping with a few families every year...for like 20 years!  It is truly some of our favorite memories.  We had a little mini reunion with one of our camping families on Memorial Day, the Taylors.

Steve, Ryna, Me, & Paul
Ryan & his wife Meredith & kids

Alixe & her husband Preston & their kids

Brandon & his wife Tiani & family

Tana was in Fresno with her husband's family, but we had a great time watching the second generation play on the water slide...

We ate some great tri-tip...(world famous!)

We visited & shared some of our favorite camping stories & memories...

Some panned for gold & played in the River...

Uncle Ben is always a good sport to draw with & for the kids...

And of course we played tons of games...

It was so fun to see the Taylor's & I think we should plan a camping families reunion SOON!
