April 21, 2003 - we were awakened early in the morning to learn that our 5th grandchild was born. So since we had to be at the airport in a few hours anyway (we were on our way to pick up Jill who was finishing up her mission in Italy), we decided to get up then & go by the hospital on our way to the airport to see this beautiful baby girl...5 years later Avery is still as beautiful as ever. Happy Birthday Avery!

April 21, 2008 - our 15th grandchild, Kaden John, has blessed our lives! We had already come into San Jose because we are on our way to the airport...luckily we had an extra day this time & drove back to Sacto to see this new little bundle of joy. Congrats to K,A,A,A,K,&A for your new little K!

You should compile all the pics you guys have holding your grandkids like this in a book or something. Hahaha! That would be pretty funny and a pretty big book by the time we're all through. Have fun on your trip. Didn't even know you were going anywhere!
