Aunt Jill brought Baby Jack & we all fought over him...
Who can really blame us...he's pretty cute stuff!
We enjoyed a couple of meals out - a favorite being Temari's Sushi. Cindi looks a little like Rosie the Riveter because she had her hair in curlers getting ready for a big Halloween party that night...
She & her friend Alisa dressed as 80's mom's, complete with big collared jumpers & BIG 80's hair (banana clip included)...
Jill went to visit her SIL, Christin, & we had fun with the Midgets making monsters & other Halloween crafts...
Aunt Jill made a special cake for Cori & gave us a tutorial on how to decorate it...
Her piano skills came in handy, too, as she helped Cori & Micah practice for a special musical number...
There were tons of kids getting baptized that day - 4 from Cindi's ward alone so they split the kids up into different times throughout the day. Cori & Micah (another little boy from her ward) shared the time & there were so many people there to support her, they had to move us into the chapel! I got to give a talk along with Cori's & Micah's Primary Teacher...
We had a celebration dinner afterwards & G'pa treated the kids with some balloons from a silly clown...
Cori was excited to let her balloons go & make a wish (even though Jason wasn't very happy about that!)...
We hope & pray that all your dreams come true, Cori. We are so proud of you for following Christ's example to be baptized & being willing to make good choices. We hope you will always remember how special you are to all of us - especially to your Heavenly Father! 8 is great!
